ELDT365 is operated by IroInnovations. We provide online Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) courses approved by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), as well as forklift operator certification courses. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to ELDT365 / IroInnovations.

• Issue completion certificates and forklift operator cards

• Provide customer support
• Improve our platform and training content

4. FMCSA Reporting

As an FMCSA-registered training provider, we are required by federal law to upload your training completion data to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry (TPR). This includes your name, date of birth, license information, and training completion details. This reporting is mandatory and cannot be opted out of if you complete an ELDT course.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data with:

• FMCSA / U.S. Department of Transportation — Training completion records as required by federal regulation
• Stripe — Our payment processor, which handles all credit card transactions. We never store your full card number on our servers. Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Partner Schools — If you enrolled through a partner driving school, we share your training progress and completion status with that school so they can coordinate your behind-the-wheel training
• Certificate Verification — Your forklift certification status (name and certification validity) is available via our public verification page when someone enters your certificate ID

6. Cookies & Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in while you complete your training. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. If you arrived at our site through a Google Ads link, Google may place its own cookies subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure session management, and restricted access to our databases. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure and never touches our servers.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and training records for as long as needed to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations. FMCSA training records are kept in accordance with federal record-keeping requirements. If you would like to request deletion of your account data (excluding records we are legally required to retain), please contact us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of non-essential communications

ELDT365 is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. CDL training is only applicable to individuals who meet the minimum age requirements set by the FMCSA and their state of residence.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of ELDT365 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
