ELDT365 provides digital online training courses for Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to course materials. Because our courses are digital products that are delivered and accessible instantly upon payment, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
You request a refund within 7 days of purchase AND you have not completed the course or received your FMCSA training certificate. To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email address.
More than 7 days have passed since your purchase, OR you have completed the course and received your FMCSA training certificate. Once a course completion is reported to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, the service has been fully delivered and cannot be reversed.

Your full name, the email address associated with your account, the course(s) you purchased, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting ELDT365 may result in delays and additional fees. We reserve the right to provide transaction records, account activity logs, and course access data as evidence in any dispute proceeding.
If you experience any technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing your course, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve any technical problems at no additional cost to you. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if they can be resolved through support.
Refunds for purchases made with a promotional code or discount will be refunded at the amount actually paid, not the original listed price of the course.
ELDT365 reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
